Our field inspectors inspect our REO listing assignments at least once per week to ensure condition and security. Our systems allow our field inspectors to update our team on property issues real-time with photos or videos from their smart phones. This helps us provide our clients with information fast so they can make a quick informed decision.
We also provide inspection and surveillance services. Interior and exterior inspections are offered ala carte and can include as little or as much information as you need. In addition, we offer agent surveillance services to our clients that require an unbiased opinion form third party. This can be something as simple as a lock box inspection or as detailed as a listing MLS report.
